What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash payments in Egyptian pounds at our Cairo office. For corporate clients with recurring notarization needs, bank transfer arrangements can also be discussed in advance.
Is there an extra charge for same-day appointments?
Same-day appointments, when available, may carry a modest scheduling fee due to priority handling. We recommend booking a day or two ahead for standard processing rates.
Do prices include government or registry fees?
Our service fees cover notary work and administrative handling. Any separate government registry or stamp duty fees, where applicable, are itemized clearly and are not included in our base pricing.
Can I get a refund if I cancel my appointment?
If you cancel before your scheduled appointment and before any document processing has started, we can adjust or waive fees. Once notarization work is underway, charges reflect the work already completed.
